GuestSince the PRO plugin and the event tickets plus add on have the same tiered pricing… If we were to purchase the PRO plugin will it include the Event Tickets Plus feature?
In addition, this is for a client of ours and is a statewide association. We only need the plugin for their website but since they are an association, is the Personal license an option?
We have looked at potentially using the Members WordPress plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/members/) to create and adjust user roles. Will that work with The Events Calendar? For instance, do you know if the Members plugin could allow editing access to published events? Or, allow certain users to post events? Would that have to be controlled by the Community Events add on which I assume is not included in your PRO plugin option?

Events Calendar PRO and Event Tickets Plus are indeed separate plugins and need to be purchased separately.
You should be just fine with a Personal level license. You can actually install the plugin on as many sites as you’d like, but you can only access automatic updates and support for a single site with the Personal license. If you need access on others, then I’d consider going with a higher license.
I haven’t used the Members plugin myself, but I know that I have used other WordPress role editing plugins with The Events Calendar with success, so I would imagine it would work here as well. If it doesn’t then this one might do the trick instead:
