Does Event Aggregator replace the Facebook Importer ?

Hi,

Since my licences have to be renewed soon, I was trying to profit from the Cyber Monday offer, but now I’m hesitating if I still need the Facebook Events plugin?

I just discovered the Events Aggregator, and I am wondering if I should use that one instead of the Facebook Events add-on? Or do I need both? The only thing I’m doing for now with Facebook Events is import some events from a few select Facebook pages. Now … if that can be done with the Events Aggregator, then I should be able to remove the Facebook Events and buy a licence for th new tool. Am I correct?

I hope the answer will reach me in time for me to still use the Black Friday / Cyber Monday coupon code 🙂

Great question! Yes, Event Aggregator will eventually replace Facebook Events. We’re in the process of sunsetting Facebook Events as we add new features to Event Aggregator moving forward.

That’s absolutely correct! We provided with the free license exactly for that reason and hope you both enjoying using it and renew the free license when y0u want to. 🙂
