I need to find out of Calendar Pro is conflicting with another plugin and want to deactivate it, but I need to make sure that the existing 100s of events won’t be lost.
Hello Kelly,
The events are going to be stored in your database, so I don’t see why you would lose them if you simply re-activate the plugin after you’ve deactivated it. However, just to be safe, it’s always wise to create a backup of your site.
I personally use BackupBuddy, but an easier option for novices to the tech world would probably be VaultPress, since it allows a one-click restore and stores your backups on their server.
