    Hello,

    On 6/27/2016 I have received an email from you to renew a plugin which I have purchase for a client – Events Tickets Plus a year earlier.

    I have sent this email to my client for approval in order to go ahead and renew the plugin.

    Without talking to me my client went ahead and renew the plugin (Order: 1134900 – Please see attached image CMBH_receipt.jpg) using VISA and I don’t know why he can’t find it in his account. Maybe because it has my account attached to it or whatever else. Anyhow a day later I have renewed the same plugin after I have talked to the client (Order: 1134959 – Please see attached image KDS_receipt.jpg) using PayPal and the client agreed to contact you and get his VISA refunded. This has happened but instead of the client order 1134900 you have refunded my order 1134959 and the money went to the client VISA.

    Is it possible to reinstate my order 1134959 and cancel the clients order 1134900? The plugin on the site (http://cmbh.space) is not active and show expired License Key.

    What a mess.

    Please advise.
