ParticipantHi
I have bought Event Calender PRO and are testing different setups. I wish to hold a summer festival over 4 days with workshop tracks from 9-12 and 13-16, i.e. several workshops at the same time. Each workshop has approx 35 seats. People sign up for the workshops.
I am consider using WooCommerce Tickets for seat handling.
1) Do I need any other WooCommerce plugin installed to use the WooCommerce Tickets (like the free WooCommerce plugin)?
2) Is there any other way in the Event Calender PRO to handle the signup?
3) Bearing in mind that the tracks will have several Workshops at the same time. Is there any out-of-the-box way to display / list the trakcs? If not, can you point me to any other products or solutions?
4) How about waiting lists – from your answers to others questions it doesn´t seem like that is possible – if you could give any suggestions I would appreciate it.Thanks for you help.

MemberThanks for your interest in WooCommerce Tickets. I can help answer your questions.
I think it is possible to use WooCommerce Tickets for Seat Registration, but it would require each track to be setup as it’s own event. See my answers below to the rest of your questions.

Yes, you need WooCommerce. WooCommerce Tickets only creates a ticket Product, WooCommerce still handles the checkout process.
2) Is there any other way in the Event Calender PRO to handle the signup?
There is no feature of Pro to do this.
3) Bearing in mind that the tracks will have several Workshops at the same time. Is there any out-of-the-box way to display / list the trakcs? If not, can you point me to any other products or solutions?
You could setup each track as it’s own event and display it that way with the Workshop name in the title so everyone could see they are related. As for another solution for this we do not have any recommendations.
4) How about waiting lists – from your answers to others questions it doesn´t seem like that is possible – if you could give any suggestions I would appreciate it.
We do not support this feature and do not have any suggestions on a solution for this.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
