Do the Facebook and Eventbrite Add-ons work together?

I got both add-ons and have the Pro version, but when the Facebook Events are imported, the purchase ticket box does not show up. Is there a way to go in and add this purchase tickets option later?

Thanks for purchasing all our plugins. I can help you out here.

The Facebook importer and the Eventbrite are not designed to work directly together.

One is designed to import Facebook Events the other to connect with Eventbrite.

There is no feature to connect the two, but once an event is Imported from Facebook you should be able to get in an connect it with Eventbrite.

Are you seeing something different in your site?

Ok, so I think I figured it out. I create the event in Facebook, it syncs to my webpage, and then I register the Eventbrite event through the app on the website. My problem was, I created the event in Eventbrite first. I’ll need to test this theory out of course. I’ll let you know how it goes.

Ok sounds good. I will keep this open for now. We usually close tickets after two weeks so if I do not hear from you then I will most likely close the ticket.
