Do I need WordPress to be able to use EDD Tickets?

We have a static html website (not WordPress) and we’ve purchased EDD Tickets. I’m watching the tutorials but everything seems to be done inside of WP. We don’t have a WP site, how do I configure and use EDD Tickets with my site? Thank you.
