    Hey there,

I’m using the Divi theme with Divi Builder. I’ve placed the shortcode [tribe_events] on my main events page (http://hopecity.ca/events/). As you can see, the page is themed with our header and styling options. However, when I click on an event, it takes me to a new url and the divi styling isn’t there any longer as it’s a new page/url. What am I missing to make it so that every event clicked on maintains a page styling?

Good evening Ken and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the styling of your single event not displaying as expected.
I would love to help you with this topic.

There are 2 ways to tackle this:

    1. Head over to Events -> Settings -> Display and try different settings for Events Template to see if this helps.
    2. If that does not work, you might have to create a custom version of the single event view php file to include your styling. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.

Let me know how that goes.

If you need to create a custom template and you are struggling, please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.

Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

    Thanks for emailing back.

I don’t think this plugin is for me. I purchased it just the other day. Could I get a refund?

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
