Distance filter

Hello!

in description for addon “Filter Bar” I see:
“…If you’ve got Events Calendar PRO, there is also a distance filter to go along with PRO’s location search….”

I have EC PRO and FilterBar addon, but I don’t find this setting in my Admin Panel

Hey there!

Those settings can certainly be tough to find, but you should be able to get to them by heading to Events > Settings > Filters. Do you see a setting for distance on that screen? Here’s a screenshot of how that should look.

There is no “Distance”: screen

1 – category
2 – cost
3 – tags
4 – venue
5 – organizer
6 – day
7 – time
8 – age rate (custom fild)

Will you please head to Events > Settings > Help, copy the System Information at the bottom of the screen and paste it here for me as a private reply? That will help me check your settings to see if anything might be off.

Thanks for the info, Mikhail!

I tried matching the settings of my test site to the settings in your system information but wasn’t able to replicate the issue. The next thing I’d like to check is whether you see the distance filter when your site is in default conditions like my test site. Will you please follow the steps outlined in this article and let me know if you notice a difference? That will help us pinpoint any conflicts, if they exist.
