Displaying all events in a category in Events List view

Our new site will have general programs page. On it I need to have a link that will show, for example, all the events in a single category in Events List view. I’ve tried to create such a link, but so far all I get is a 404 Page not found error.
My events slug is “events” and the category I want to link to is “first-wednesdays”. I’ve tried several different links based on things I’ve read on your forum, but so far no luck.

What is the link you are using? If your slug is “events” and your category is “first-wednesdays” your link should be: http://www.stjathenaeum.org/WordPress/events/category/first-wednesdays/
