Display ticket in e-mail

Hi,

Since I’ve seen your plugin is not generating pdf tickets,
I’m searching for a good way to display the tickets in e-mails. Because when you order a large number of tickets and want to print them, some tickets are being cropped and the QR codes as well.

How can I do to prevent that?

I already tried to modify the height of every ticket div but because all the browser and mail programs are not displaying e-mails the same way, it’s not a good solution.

We’ve recently released the 2.0 version of this extension > https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/show-print-tickets/ that adds a link to the ticket email to download a PDF copy of each ticket. You should check it out and see if it works for you.

Regarding the email printing issue, I totally understand what you mean. I think there is no final solution to this because, like you said, it really depends on browsers, email clientes and even print settings like page size, etc.

FYI, remember that qr codes can also be read directly from a device’s screen so there is no need to print them if the users have the ticket email or pdf ticket in their smartphone.
