Display random upcoming events

Hi,
I’m building a site for a theater and have bought your plug-in(s).
The theater has up to 6 shows a night on some nights.
I wanted to see if I could use the upcoming events feature to only display TWO of those events on the homepage, but have those events be random so that when every time a user visits the site, the two upcoming events for that night would be different every time, instead of always displaying the same two upcoming events.
Is there a way to make this happen?

Unfortunately that feature does not exist currently. You can display 2 events, but not random ones.
