ParticipantHi,
In my calendar the month view only show “dots”. I want it to list 3 events on same day, but now this suddenly is gone. I have done nothing to the settings, so this must have been after updating the pluging. Tried to set display settings again, but the calendar just shows “dots” instead of event titles.
How can I fix this?July 13, 2015 at 8:59 am #985912George
ParticipantHi Svein,
There is CSS on your site that is interfering here. For example, I found this rule of CSS:
.tribe-events-calendar td .tribe-events-viewmore,
.tribe-events-calendar td .type-tribe_events {
display: none;
}
By simply removing that, the events started to show up again in month view, look here → https://cloudup.com/ccLCybuRT2h
I’m not sure where this CSS is coming from – you have a minification plugin active so it combines all the CSS files.
While we do not offer support for theme CSS, or CSS coming from other plugins, if you deactivate your Minification plugin temporarily and let us have a look at your site with it deactivated, we should at least be able to better identify where these CSS rules are coming from.
That will help us identify the source of CSS conflicts which we can share with you and help you move towards fixing or removing them.
Thank you!

ParticipantHi,
I deactivated the latest plugin I installed, W3 Total Cache. Now it Works as before.I was recommended W3 Total Cache plugin from my host as I complained that the website was slow.

ParticipantHey Svein,
Thanks for testing that out, I’m glad we found the source of the problem.
You may still be able to use W3 Total Cache on your site – we have quite a few users of that who also use The Events Calendar.
However, after activating W3 Total Cache, play around with trying to exclude Tribe / The Events Calendar CSS and JavaScript files from Minification, you can do this in your W3TC settings.
Let us know if that helps! I’d love for you to be able to use both plugins as desired 🙂
Cheers,
