Display Day Names for Recurring Events

Hi there, I was wondering if it’s possible to display the day names for recurring events. For example – if I have a brunch special every Sunday at 10AM, is it possible to display “Sundays @ 10AM” on the front end? Or a happy hour on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of every week – Can I make it say “Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 7-10” ?

I understand I will probably have to edit the view quite a bit to make it happen, but I’d like to know if it’s even possible.
