Dear TECPRO,
Something amusing has happen
I created this event:
But does not appear in ‘events’: http://www.mosca.org.uk/events/
BUT when navigating back and forward pervious and coming events, it appears: http://www.mosca.org.uk/events/list/?tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=list
Is it magic? Is it because this event is in Spanish (text)? Or, can you think of a reason this happened?
Many thanks in advance as usual
All the best
June 25, 2017 at 6:21 am #1303334PauParticipantOh, I know what it is
I want to display ALL upcoming events on my events page, somehow TECPRO ‘reserves’ future events to be displayed later
We already discussed that https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/show-all-events-in-the-events-page/
But now, trying to apply the HUNTERS adjustments on the theme functions.php does not seem to work
Could you please add some clarifications?
Many thanks
(I restored the functions.php back to the original)
June 26, 2017 at 10:16 am #1306737PauParticipantUPDATE
Finally, I’ve created a new landing EVENTS page, creating the shortcode; which finally shows ALL forthcoming events
see this http://www.mosca.org.uk/events01/
as opposite of this http://www.mosca.org.uk/events/
I would like to know what the default events page does just shows immediate coming events and not more future events
thanks
June 26, 2017 at 11:39 pm #1308279JenniferKeymasterHi Pau,
Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the delayed response – our forums have been quite busy lately!
The default events page shows upcoming events, but it sounds like you were able to get it working the way you’d like with the shortcode. I’m not sure what was going on initially where the event was not showing up until you clicked back and forth – has this been resolved?
Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with!
Thanks,
Jennifer

I think, at this stage, and for future websites and fellow readers, it would be good to know how to have the default EVENTS page http://www.mosca.org.uk/events/ to display ALL events, not just a selection, as it does the page created with the shortcode: http://www.mosca.org.uk/events01/
If we can figure out this, that will be very useful
Thanks again
June 27, 2017 at 9:27 pm #1309877JenniferKeymasterHi Pau,
Thanks for following up – you are not the first person to ask about this! Unfortunately it does take a small customization to get the page to work this way, but you can do so by using the snippet in this post (the first one mentioned). If you need any help adding this, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer
June 28, 2017 at 1:03 pm #1310582PauParticipantyep, but as explained, does not seem to be working anymore
maybe is a suggestion for further tweaking the events plugin in the future?
thanks
July 4, 2017 at 5:05 am #1315797JenniferKeymasterHi Pau,
Sorry about that, I just realized that post was the same one you linked to.
Can you check in your Divi theme settings to see if increasing the posts per page there has any effect? I am wondering if this is overriding what you set in our plugin – I know you said before that increasing the posts per page under Events > Settings > General wasn’t working for you (although I would recommend giving this another try as well, since new versions have been released since then).
Let me know if that works!
Thanks,
Jennifer
