Hi, I want to be able to disable tickets on my event page. I don’t want to delete the ticket type I want to be able to add attendees (such as comp tickets and offline that have been manually invoiced) once I have the attendee information but I don’t want to sell any more tickets. How do I do that?
I would suggest just reducing the ticket stock in this situation. I assume you plan to do this manually? That is really the only way I can think of to do what you’re describing. If you don’t think this will work or I’ve misunderstood, please let me know. 🙂
