Where the heck is the option to disable the QR codes in ticket emails? This should be a checkbox. I’ll add code for now, but I’ve looked at 10 previous forum posts that are wrong, incomplete, or private. How do I get rid of this? I don’t want to have these images generated and stored on my server; I don’t want a “Check in” section in the emails.

I’m sorry you had trouble posting in the forum. I’m not sure where exactly you experience this problem. Would you mind letting us know more about this ? We will definitely take a look and fix any error present.
In regards to the QR code, there is no built in option to disable the QR code in the the ticket email. However, we do have an extension that allows you to remove the QR code > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/hide-qr-code-from-event-emails/
If you want to further customize the ticket email you can do so by using one of the methods described in our themer’s guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
Please try it out and see if it works for you.
