Directions for Upgrading from Free to Basic

Are there directions or a specific procedure for upgrading to Pro from Free, if I’ve already got lots of events and content entered in the free version?

Thanks for going Pro!

Since you already have the plugin, the steps are easy:

1. upload the Pro plugin to your website
2. activate Events Calendar Pro plugin beside The Events Calendar plugin (Pro will not function without the basic)

And you are all set.

As Events Calendar Pro is a extension of The Events Calendar, all your events and settings will be there, waiting for you. Nothing will be deleted or removed.

Thanks! I’ll give it a shot, sounds super simple.

I would perhaps recommend you add a brief note about this to the purchase process. It wasn’t very clear to me what to do, and it would probably save you some support forum responses. 🙂
