It looks as though you requested to exchange your Community Events license for an Events Calendar PRO one in early July, then had a refund processed for Community Events by another team member on the subsequent day. This refund deactivated your original purchase of Community Events but left your exchanged Events Calendar PRO licensing intact. I’ve gone ahead and deactivated the duplicate license on your account, so you should be all set to continue using your one remaining active license. 🙂
