    just purchased two lic. aggregator and calendar pro version. I am trying to move calendar content from time.ly to your system. but when I go to import, I can select what type of file I want to deal with, but nothing else happens…

    I have turned off all plug-ins, but this is the dashboard and there is no change.

    what am I not doing or have missed…

    I’m sorry you are having this issue. Let me help you troubleshoot that.

    I can see that you are using an older version of WordPress, so as a first step I would suggest you update to the latest version and see if that solves the issue.

    When doing so, we recommend you make a full backup of your site, both files and database, just in case something happens.

    Yes, updating the wordpress install was the issue. Oddly enough both my cPanel and the WordPress install did not recognize the install was out dated… This will be my third step now when ever working out an issue.

    I’m glad to know that solved the issue! Thanks for letting us know about it!

    Yes, it can sometimes happen that you don’t get the automatic update notices. You can always go to the WP Dashboard > Updates and click “Check Again” to manually check on new updates.

    As you marked this as “Resolved” I’ll go ahead and closed this thread, but don’t hesitate to open a new one whenever needed. 🙂
