    We have required information set up on tickets for some of our events. But for some of the customers, the details are not being collected even though they are set to be required by the ticket, or at least not showing up in the details section of the Attendee list.

    I need this information, it’s very urgent.

    Hi, Mark.

    We’ve seen this happen when a user’s browser does not have JavaScript enabled.

    I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.

    I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

    We published a Maintenance Release today that includes a number of fixes and should improve the handling of attendee meta fields when JavaScript is not enabled.
