We are using The Events Calendar plugin for our events and conferences, was wondering if you had anything that would allow us to add functionality for scheduling demos at an event.

What the user would do is from the event view, have another calendar to pick an available slot for a demo. We want this to be easy for the user to see available time slots and go a head and pick a time, then schedule it online. They would only be able to pick hour time slots from open time. Could not book a slot once its been filled.

This would be a boost to our sales group in setting their schedule at a show. We would want to collect the users name, email, and company they are from.

This is an interesting use case, but unfortunately not one that is easily possible or something supported by our plugins at this time 🙁

Building something like this is possible with custom coding, or possibly by using some other plugins like Gravity Forms or Ninja Forms to collect user data, but it’s not possible “out of the box” with any of our plugins.
