ParticipantHi,
I have recently updated my site to use the new version of ‘Events Tickets Plus’. Since then, the ticket/attendee info has been deleted (nearly 650 tickets for one event). I am also receiving an error message of: Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/growild/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-list-table.php
Please can you advise as to what to do? I did not build the site and am a beginner!
Many thanks.

KeymasterHi Holly,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue! Does something trigger this error to appear?
I would start off by increasing your maximum execution time.
The best/simplest way to solve this timeout issue is by increasing the max_execution_time in php.ini (the default value is 30 seconds):
max_execution_time = 60If increasing the max_execution_time to 1 minute is still not enough, you can adjust/increase it more to ensure that the server will have time to process your requests before it hangs.
I hope this helps, let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

ParticipantHi Jamie,
Thanks for the info. Please can you let me know where I need to do this? Is this in the FTP?

ParticipantHi again,
Another thought. As I am currently unable to access my FTP server to resolve this issue…is there any way you can access the booking content and send over the information? I need to export ticket sales to check booking levels and info asap for one of my products/events.
Many thanks,
Holly

KeymasterHi Holly,
Depending on what host you have, they may be able to assist you in increasing your max_execution_time. Do you have access to something like a cPanel? If so, you should be able to do it there.
is there any way you can access the booking content and send over the information?
I’m not quite sure what booking content you are referring to. If you are referring to ticket sales, you should be able to access that information from the backend of your site. Are you able to access the backend of your site? Here is more information on managing attendees and orders:

Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
