Delete "You'll receive your tickets in another email"

    In the confirmation emails that customers receive the line “You’ll receive your tickets in another email.” is automatically printed below the box with financial information. We do not have to send tickets to our clients, because we simply write their names on the list when they come to our events or trips. Also, whenever somebody has a ticket often s/he reports himself to the museum (or other venue / destination) we visit, whereas they have no clue what to do with a ticket from our company. After all, we go there as a group and arrange 3rd party tickets together. So my question is, how can we jsut get rid off this line in the confirmation emails. It just costs us too much time answering questions from clients.
