ParticipantPlease see the picture for more information. When the ticket plugin generates the ticket and sends it to the customer email address it puts something extra to the subheading between the date and the time

At the moment its: 5 detsember 2014 kEurope/TallinnReedeFriday 19:05 but it should be just: 5 detsember 2014 19:05 🙂Thank You

ParticipantHowdy medusa5,
Presumably when you visit WP Admin > Events > Settings > Display, and find the setting “Time range separator” you will see “kEurope/TallinnReede” in there instead of ” – “. If you change this to a dash it will go back to looking normal.
If that is not the case, then it is possible that something has overriden this setting with what appears to be a timezone. In that case, it might be wise to try a conflict test and try to find out what is doing this.
Did that work? Please let me know. Happy to further assist or answer any more questions you have. Cheers!

ParticipantHi Brook, thank You for the fast response.
I found the “-” in the WP Admin > Events > Settings > Display. I also changed the “-“to TEST, but still was kEurope/TallinnReede there.
Also I deactivated all plugins except Woocommerce, The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar: Woocommerce Tickets and I still had the strange kEurope/TallinnReede . Changed Theme to Thirteen, but still same issue. I can look further into tomorrow ( after 10 hours) 🙂
I hope we can find the mistake 🙂All the best,

ParticipantHello again Uku,
I just realized, that is not the Time range separator it is the in fact the “Date time separator” that is being overriden, usually it is ” @ “. Would you mind double checking that that one is the proper setting as well? It should be just above the Time range separator in the settings area.
Thanks for trying a conflict test. Upon further inspection I think I realized what the problem really is. It is in the same settings page. There should be three fields, Date with Year, Date without year, Month and Year format. I bet one of them has a lowercase “e” inside of them, perhaps it has “kel” inside of  it after the usual “j F Y”?  Does one of those fields indeed have strange characters in it, or perhaps a full word that shouldn’t be there? All of those fields interpret the characters in special ways, so adding something like an “e” in there will break it.

ParticipantThank You Brook.
You where right! I had written “time” (kell) in my native language to Date time separator and now its again back “-” and no more problems . Easy fix for a strange problem. 🙂
Thanks again for Your time and good luck with Your business and life 🙂
All the best,
