I was wondering how I can set a default ticketheader for my tickets. I do want to add it, because it looks nice. But I don’t want to have to add the same image for every event…
Unfortunately, setting a default ticket header is something that isn’t supported at this time. It’s a great idea, though! If you have a moment, it would be great if you shared it on our UserVoice page. We track popular ideas for new feature to include in new releases and I can see how a default ticket header would be useful for others as well.

From the video “III. The purchase experience & processing an order” around 6:40, there is something mentioned about the header image, that got me thinking there might be a default option for it. About the image being carried over to all tickets, or does he mean for all the tickets in the single event?

Yes, I believe that is referring to tickets for a single event. I can see how that would be confusing. :/
