Default organiser not working

Hi,
I have set default organiser to “No default” but on my community events page it shows up as “Streatham, Festival” How do I stop this happening? I want this to be a required field (which it is) for people to enter their details

Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support and sorry for the delay. We had an influx of tickets. Looking at this, I see it is working as expected. In the dropdown I see Streatham but I do not see this pre-selected. If you click in the organizer field and start typing you will see you can create a new organizer.

Hi there,

Thanks so much for reaching out again!

You can add the following snippet to your theme’s functions.php file in order to make the Organizer field required.  This snippet makes the Organizer name, email, and phone number required, so you can alter it to suit your needs.
