Dates not showing in event admin after save

we are experiencing a strange issue in the events calendar plugin where the event dates are being saved (you can see them in the public front end view as well as in the events list admin page), but they do no show in the admin event edit view after the event saves.

we can provide a couple of screen shots if necessary.

we are proceeding with using this calendar plugin on our site with the hope of getting this resolved soon.

Can you confirm if you have tried running through our standard troubleshooting steps and what impact they had (if any)?

* Ensure your Modern Tribe plugins are up to date
* Please then deactivate all non Modern Tribe plugins
* Additionally, switch to a default, unmodified theme such as Twenty Twelve
