Dates Not Displaying

Hi:

I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing because I just purchased The Events Calendar for a Columbia University website: http://wgssc.columbia.edu/events/

When we first installed the plug-in, it was working beautifully. Future events were displaying on the main page. Past events, through the events shortcode, were displaying on another page.

We tried to add one or two events and then suddenly the event dates, start and end times disappeared. It also no longer showing future events: http://wgssc.columbia.edu/events/ What might be the problem? Is it the plug-in or the date/time format?

Lastly, do you need access to the site in order to help troubleshoot?

First off, I’m stoked to see you’re using The Events Calendar and I love how it looks on the site. 🙂

That’s a strange issue — let’s see if we can figure it out together.

I just checked my test site to see if the dates show up and they do (screenshot). I notice you have tried:

<li class=”troubleshoot_plugins”>Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
<li class=”troubleshoot_theme”>Switched to a default theme? Yes

Did you happen to notice a difference when switching themes and deactivating other plugins?

Also, if you are able to copy and paste your system information (Events > Settings > Help) here as a private reply, I’d be happy to look over that to see if any red flags stick out.

Let’s start here and see what we find.
