dates are not showing, only time

Dates are not showing in list view, or the event view. It’s blank. Only the time is showing.

I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties here.

Since the site isn’t web accessible it’s difficult to build a sense of what might be going wrong, but thanks in any case for running through out standard troubleshooting steps (deactivating all other plugins and switching to a default, unmodified theme) … can you confirm what the outcome of that test was – were you able to isolate your theme or another plugin as the source of the issue?
