GuestHello,
I just installed The Events Calendar and I have created my events; however, in my list view, I am unable to see the dates and times. Would you all be able to help me? My site is Otterdance.com. I look forward to hearing from you all soon. Thank you so much for your help and guidance.

ParticipantHowdy Brandy,
Thanks for installing the calendar. I would love to help you with this. If you obtain a license to one of our plugins (like Events Calendar Pro) it will give you access to the support area of our forums for one year. With that done just reply here with a link to your website and I can begin the investigation.
Or, if you don’t want a license you should checkout the volunteer community on WordPress.org: The Events Calendar. It’s not the same level of support, but it’s free! We even check those forums once each week and help to the extent we can.
Cheers!

ParticipantWelcome back Brandy,
Thanks for your understanding and purchasing a license!
I spent some time looking through your site and was finally able to find the source of the missing details. The event date is actually there, but it’s white! Which is the same color as the background. Changing the color is as simple as adding this CSS to your website:
.tribe-events-event-meta .author { color: #351101; }If you already know how to add CSS to to your site, then just add that line to any of your theme’s CSS files. If you’re not familiar with this, you might try downloading a plugin like this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css/ That makes it very easy to add, just copy/paste the code into that plugin and hit save.
Does that all make sense? Will that work for you? Please let me know.
Cheers!

ParticipantBrook,
This worked like a charm! Is there css coding to change the font size of the dates and times?

ParticipantHowdy Brandy,
That’s excellent news. Definitely possible to change the font size:
body .tribe-event-schedule-details { font-size: 1.25em; }1.25 makes it 125% the original size. 1.5 would make it 150%, 1 would keep it the same… So you can play with it and find what works best for you.
Once the original issue that sparked this topic is settled mind marking this resolved? You should always feel free to open a new topic for a different issue, and we’d be happy to help. But we try to keep each topic focused on one issue.
Thanks!
