date search and next/previous links not working

This website was recently moved from one hosting company (in Australia) where it was a .com.au site, to another hosting company (in the UK) and changed to a .com site.

I am unable to replicate the reported problem, because it’s working perfectly fine for myself, but others are saying that the date search isn’t working in either List or Month Views and neither are the ‘Next’ or ‘Previous’ Events etc., links, and that all they get is the spinning thing and nothing else happens.

What would be the solution please?

It doesn’t currently appear that you have a premium license with us. If this is wrong, and you do have a premium license with us, then apologies for my misunderstanding!
