ParticipantHi there
My Steps:
1) Create an event
2) add some details
3) create a ticket (edd) (date today until date in two month), save ticket
4) publish it
5) take a look at the front end, looks fine
6) press edit ticket
=> second date gets reseted to 1970Can you reproduce this? Is this a known bug?
Thanks for your answer

ParticipantHey,
Thanks for reaching out and thanks for providing the steps to reproduce as well as your system information!
I followed the steps you describe here using the same event I created for your previous thread as well as with a new event and wasn’t able to recreate.
As additional tests here, could you try changing your date format and trying again? If that changes anything it’ll help us narrow in on if this is a potential bug here.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi @Josh
Seems to be a problem with the Dateformat. The Dateformat “j. F Y” produces this error. Can you investigate further? i have to work with “Y-m-d” in the meantime

ParticipantHey,
Thanks for following up here!
I’m trying to test this out on my local install so I can create a bug ticket for this one. Would you mind sending me a screenshot of all the settings within the Date Format section of the Event Settings > Display tab?
Thanks!

ParticipantHey,
Thanks for following up and providing the screenshots!
I’ve tried to recreate this issue using the following steps:
- Updated my date formats to match your screenshot exactly
- Created a new event
- Added a ticket to the event
- Published event and reviewed correct date on the front-end of the site
- Clicked “Edit Event” in the admin bar
- Start and end date remained correct
- Modified the event details and clicked “Update”
- Start and end date remained correct
I tried this in both English and with the WordPress install switched to German.
However, I’m still not convinced this isn’t a bug on our end though since changing date format resolves the issue for you. Was the date reset happening on all events for you or was it only on particular events? Do you happen to have a link to an event that this was happening on so I can review the event settings to see if there is a particular setting on the event side that could be causing this one?
Thanks!

ParticipantHey,
No problem. I’ll leave this thread open for now. If you see the issue creep back up over the next week or so you can update the info here.
Thanks!
