ParticipantHi,
I’m using Woocommerce 3.2.1, Event Tickets Plus 4.5.5 and Events Tickets 4.5.6, The Events Calendar 4.6.1 and The Events Calendar PRO 4.4.18
I have a problem with the recurring events. I have couple events that are going every week. So I set up a start/end date and time and than add that it is a recurring event + add the ticket for the event.
https://www.kitestudios.org/book-art-classes/
When the user orders the event the date that he choose is not showing on the cart or checkout pages. That means so I can’t check what date does the users choose.
When i’m going to the event page in the admin panel and choose “Event sales report” it only shows the date of the order but not the date of the event. Can you please help me with that?

KeymasterHi Jenna,
Thanks for reaching out!
Unfortunately recurring events do not currently support tickets for individual dates in the series. You can add tickets to the series itself, and they will appear on each date in the series, but it is actually the same ticket for all dates – there is unfortunately no way to tell which date users intended to buy the tickets for.
However, we are working on improving this for future releases. I would recommend casting your vote on the feature request here, which will help you stay up to date as we make progress on implementing this.
For the time being, I’d recommend breaking the events from the series and then adding tickets to the individual events. You could also use the custom fields that come with Event Tickets Plus to allow users to enter the date manually. However, there would not be any type of validation with this method to check to see how many tickets were left for that particular date, etc.
I’m sorry I don’t have a better answer for you, but please let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
