Thanks for getting back to both of you. now for my facepalm to forehead.
I’ll see what I can do from the theme authors side of things, I’ll report back.

    Hey,
So I got a responce from the theme author, it is as follows: I don’t provide support for 3rs party plugin issues.. But the date picker js and CSS are enqueued in the framework/class/metabox.php at row 52 and 56. So you can try to comment or remove these lines.

I did try and remove the lines he mentioned, but no luck.
maybe his info could help you find a fix for me?

Again the strange thing is that the calendar pro worked fine for a week, then we added tickets and everything changed.

If there is no further assistance for my to be able to use this plug in, how do I go about getting a refund?

I really wish it could work out, the product is exactly what I wanted 🙁

I am very sorry for my delayed response andrianasantiago! I was traveling for a couple of days and was not around internet nearly as much as I had planned. I wish I was able to get to you much much sooner.

If you have fully removed those scripts everything should work. I would be suspicious that they are enqueued in multiple places, of that the commenting out did not quite take. Do you run any caching plugins or anything that would interfere with instand updates?

To be a bit frank, this is your theme’s fault plain and simple. If your dev is unwilling to work  with you to make his theme broadly compatible you should really get a refund from him. It is quite likely that you will continue to face issues with other plugins if you keep that theme. But, if you do wish to request a refund please email [email protected] and detail the reasons why. Kelly and I both usually always reply within 24-48 hours. The fact that we both dropped the ball is a shameful fluke. Again I am very sorry for that. All I can say is that going forward your experience with our response time should prove to be quite different, as numerous happy customers can attest to.

Hello- I am having the same problem, except on the Search page shows 1/1/1970 as today’s date. I use this theme on several sites, and this didn’t happen until just recently.

http://www.camai.org – If you select camai.org/events it shows no events for today if I set the default listing to day. If I set it to list, it works fine. It’s not a deal breaker, but my preference is to use DAY during the event.

    Howdy tundratech,

Thank you for posting! In this forum we try to keep our threads focused on just one user’s problem. This ensures that we are addressing your specific problem instead of a general group one, and not possibly missing anything unique your situation.

To that end, would you mind opening up a new topic here about your issue? If you could please detail in your own words exactly what your problem is (instead of just linking here), that will go a long way towards helping you get this issue resolved as fast as possible. I hope you understand our reasoning here and do not mind this extra step, we have just found it serves our users best. Thanks!
