ParticipantHello,
Until today the events pro with wootickets was working swimmingly.
Today, the events are posting wrong dates.
I’ll set an event to let’s say april 8 2014 (4/8/2014) and it will show up in august 4 (8/4/2014) the monday are swapped
Events posted to this month keep switching to the year 1970.
Also, the prompt to affect this single event or all events has disappeared.I have turned off all of my plugins to look for conflicts, I’ve switched my theme back and forth. No luck.
I’ve checked my general settings and timezone and date are all good.
I updated the theme after this started happening. Please help!
We’re supposed to be selling tickets starting tomorrow.

Participanttypo “the monday are swapped” should have been the dates are swapped.
That’s what happens when you type and talk about scheduling I suppose.February 27, 2014 at 5:19 pm #110606Kelly
ParticipantHi, andrianasantiago. Great question! π
It’s hard for me to troubleshoot without being able to see some examples. Did the behavior persist when you deactivated all other plugins and changed your theme to a default WP one like Twenty Twelve?
Also, have you had a chance to install WooCommerce on your site?
We’ll do our best to get you back in business as quick as possible! π

ParticipantHI!
THanks for getting back.
I did end up getting it to work on twenty twelve, but not twenty 14.
It was working fine with theme we have up until yesterday.I am the new webdev guy that is going to help them.
How should I go about make it play nice with their theme. We are happy to give you ftp and wordpress access.
Let me know where to get started with this. Please reach out to me at [email protected] instead of this clients personal email if necessary.
Thanks,
BrentFebruary 28, 2014 at 5:45 pm #111011Kelly
ParticipantHi, Brent. Thanks for the detailed explanation. That’s super helpful! π
There are some known issues between our plugin and 2014. I apologize for that.
What theme is it that you’re using ? Would it be possible for you to share a copy of your theme with us for testing? That may be the easiest solution.

ParticipantHi, Brent. Sorry for the delay. I had a medical emergency come up and was out all day.
Unfortunately, we handle our support, so there’s not really a way for me to email you outside of the one associated with your user account. Apologies for any inconvenience.
The best way to get us the theme would be to put it somewhere we can download it and then share the URL with us in a private message here. Do you think that could work for you?
I really apologize for the delay. Thank you very much for your patience!

ParticipantHi, Brent. I made some time to get to this tonight–I didn’t want you to have to wait any longer.
It was super helpful to be able to dig into your theme. Based on what we see here, itΒ is going to be incompatible with a lot of plugins, not just ours. The basic issue is that the theme overrides the universal jQuery Datepicker with lots of its own settings.
At this point, your best bet is to get in touch with the theme’s author since he or she are going outside of accepted best practices. Ideally, they could rework the theme’s datepicker class to be compatible with other plugins.
If they have any questions for us, we’re more than happy to answer them. We really want to do our best to take care of you and help you get your site running as it should be! π

ParticipantHowdy andrianasantiago,
Unfortunately Kelly was pulled away again for a few days. I will take over though so you get timely responses. I was actually the one who looked into your theme and found the incompatibilities, so please let me know if you have questions. Thanks!
