    Hello,

    when (date with regular recurrence) posts the event with a series date, can not be seen has to the date the customer booked the event. It appears only the first appointment of the series. How can define that in the book is the correct date.

    Hi Jörg,

    Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately we still don’t offer full support for ticket + recurrent events. So you’ll probably get some glitches like this one.

    We have made some progress on the base code for this (Global Stock is one feature that get us closer for example) and we hope to have this ready for release 4.3 coming out in the second half of the year. For now I wouldn’t recommend using tickets with recurrent events.

    Please let me know if this makes sense or you feel I misunderstood the question,

    Hello Nico,

    actually works, the creation of recurring events. Only if you buy a ticket, for example, in the middle of the series, is included in the ticket, the date of the start of the series.
    For example:
    A recurring event starts on 04/21/2016 and ends in December. The participant buys a ticket for the 05/19/2016. In the e-mail and the ticket but is the 21/04/2016. In addition, bar code is the 28/04/2016?

    Is there a way to write the right date (here the 19/05/2016)?

    Unfortunately we cannot a feature that it’s still not implemented 🙁

    Even if we could fix this it’s pretty likely you’ll start seeing small glitches like this one in different places. Stock in one of the biggest challenges of implementing ticket support for recurring events, but there other sides we need to polish as well.
