Dance Studio related question

Hello,

I am looking into using Events Calendar PRO and the WooCommerce Tickets extension for my dance studio. I have a few questions that I would like to get an answer to before I make a decision:

1) We have multi-week series classes that students register for. We also have single day drop-ins for those same classes. Can this be handled by the system?

2) We have an age-based discount based on birthday month/year that we store in the wordpress user database. Can this be used in the system?

3) People can get a discount if they register for multiple consecutive classes. We also have a date-based discount. The date-based discount only applies once when registering for multiple consecutive classes. Can this by handled by the system?

4) Most of our dance classes are partnered. We need to keep track of the type of dancer (leader versus follower) to track class balance. Can the system handle that?

Thanks for contacting us!

1) Unfortunately recurring event tickets are not currently covered by any of our ticketing solutions. But WooCommerce is very powerful overall, so you can probably find a solution through them.

2) That isn’t a feature supported out of the box, but we do support coupons. There may be a WooCommerce extension that does this.

3) Not out of the box.

4) Possibly. We have ticket ‘types’. So people can see how many ‘leader’ and ‘follower’ spots are taken. You can’t pair people with our solution though.
