Customizing Wootickets Emails

Hi,

I’m having some difficulty customizing the email template for Wootickets. Before, I had updated the email.php file to include the text that I wanted in the Tickets email. I had located it under my themes/theme-name/tribe-events/wootickets/email.php. This seemed to work until I updated to the latest version of Wootickets. I’ve seen in previous posts that you can update/customize the Wootickets email in the Main.php file, but I can’t seem to find out where.

Can you indicate where I can edit the file to customize the Wootickets email in the plugin?

Hey Tracy,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Try changing the folder structure within your theme from being “/tribe-events/wootickets/email.php” to “/tribe-events/tickets/email.php” and see if that allows your customizations to take effect on the email.
