Customizing "Find out more" links

I’m working on a client’s website that has this plugin pre-installed. They use it for education courses that they host all over the United States, but the actual booking looks like it’s done through a third party software.

The client was hoping that in the list of events, they could use that “Find Out More” link to send them directly to the (off-site) URL where they can book this.

Curious if this functionality is available in any add-ons, etc. If not, how hard is this to customize?

With these general principles and some custom code tweaking of your own, you should be able to make something useful for your client.
