    Hi Events Calendar team!

    I started a topic about “cinema events” some weeks ago and now the time to buy a ticket selling plugin has come. We’ve built a website for a cinema in Barcelona and in Catalunya there are some requirements we need to fulfil to be legal while selling our tickets.

    I know your plugin allows me to customize my tickets, but I want to be sure it can show this specific information:
    a) Name of the cinema.
    b) Name of the city where the cinema is.
    c) Show the CIF or NIF (Spanish ID number) of the person running it.
    d) The “VAT included” expression.
    e) Type of ticket.
    f) The category number for each type of ticket.
    g) Title of the film.
    h) Date and time of the session.
    i) Price of the ticket.

    We also need to generate a file with specific information when the users confirm the payment operation, either through Pay Pal or our payment gateway, and sent it to a specific email every time. Would that be possible? Or does it depend on the type of information we need?

    Hey Claudia,

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    A lot of that information should be included by default and some will definitely need to be customized to be added into the ticket. However, we do have a very flexible templating system that will allow you to overwrite those default templates and generate the other information need into them. You can find out more about that system in our Themer’s Guide.

    Would the follow up email be a confirmation sale notification? If so, you could work with the WooCommerce payment confirmation emails and send notifications that way.
