Customized search/filter page

Hi,

I am looking to add a customized search/filter page for postcode/suburb and event categories only.

Ideally there are two fields:

1. Keywords match the categories
2. Postcode/Suburb name

Then return the result as calendar view.

Good question. I do want to note that we’re fairly limited in how much we can support custom development questions like this in the forums. That said, I’d be happy to help at least point you in the right direction if I can. 🙂

You could certainly refer to the plugin functions and create filters for search from there. It might be easier, though, to look into a search plugin that extends searching. This one, for example, might help.
