Customize Ticket Appearance?

Hello,
I am wanting to customize the ticket appearance in the email the buyer receives. Right now all I see is a way to add an image as the ticket and it has the details (sku, price, date etc) below in text. I would like to have that text over top of the graphic (if nothing else) so that it looks more like a traditional “ticket”.

I’ve been unable to find much documentation on this other than “read the themers guide” which, unfortunately, has been of little help.

My web searching has said the tickets are able to be customized via css, but I’m not finding where this is possible.

Are there any tips, tutorials, paths to files, code samples, or *any* info on how to accomplish this? Really struggling and getting down to the wire on the deadline.

Our Themer’s Guide could definitely use a little TLC, but the answer is in there! 🙂 The files you’re looking for are under the heading “Ticketing Plugins”. That will help you find the files in your existing plugin structure and show you where to put the overrides so they won’t be overwritten by future updates. Our Technical Documentation, also linked in the right sidebar, will be useful to you if you’re looking for explanations of a more nitty gritty nature.
