customize the display of dates

Currently dates are displayed as follows:
Example: “25 mai 2013 14 h 30 min”
I want to customize as follows:
Example: “le 25 mai 2013 à 14h30”
on all displays, start date and end date

The easiest way to do this is by changing your date display settings in WordPress which you can access in Settings > General as shown here: http://cl.ly/image/1Q2C0O0W0Z1r

there is an error on the end dates of events on the widget (different format of date) :

and on the second point, I would like to customize the presentation of the date and time of events by adding separator characters:
May 25, 2013 at 14:30 and May 25, 2013 / 2:30 p.m.

I’m not seeing the different format in the widget, can you be more specific please? You can add a separator to the date or time by plugging it in the Custom field like so: http://cl.ly/image/0P402K0x211S
