Customize RSVP button

Hi,
I am using your plugin and its working fine. I just want to confirm that Is it possible to customize the RSVP location?
Currently RSVP button is appearing at the bottom, but I want to keep it somewhere top.
If possible, please advise. Also If this feature is available in pro version.
