Customize files in admin-views folder form event-tickets plugin

I would like to know how to customize a file in the “admin-views” folder : /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/admin-views/meta-box.php

where does the copied file need to be in my theme folder ?

I can tell you that our Themer’s Guide shares how to override template files, but our admin-views files are not able to be overridden via template overrides.
