Customizable Post Purchase/RSVP Confirmation

Within the Events Ticket Plus product, is there the ability to customize the confirmation message that appears for each event we feature? I have the need to include a specific link and copy in the email confirmation or on the confirmation page post purchase/rsvp for each individual event.

Howdy Andrea,

You can certainly customize the message a few ways. It will require a wee bit of code modification to do it. For example even in the free plugin you could add a redirect to a new page when an RSVP is successfully submitted by using this snippet:

Or if you prefer you can directly modify the message that popsup and change the wording. If you have a support license we can walk you through any of these methods.

Thank you so much for the response!

Just so I’m clear, can you confirm the only way to customize the confirmation message or link is to do it through the code? There is no way to update this via the CMS where you enter the other event details, and make it a field?

Howdy Andrea,

We do not have any settings or CMS for modifying that. The closest you will get to a CMS is uing the snippet I shared to forward users to a  page you’ve created in WordPress.

Using third party plugins like Say What?  you can alter the wording of most anything in WordPress, including our plugin. There would be no need for inserting code. But it is limited solely to swapping out one phrase for another, it does not allow you to modify the look of it at all.
