    A pre-sales questions… Can the event tickets be customised for each ticket type and event?

    For example, I have an trade show which has attendees where tickets are free and they need different tickets to those attending the evening dinner which the attendees pay for.

    Please let me know.

    Hi Steve,

    They absolutely can. The ticket email is generated from a template that can be customized like any other: if you want to find out more about that process before purchasing definitely do check out our Themer’s Guide 🙂

    Thanks. It looks like the ticket templates are not edited via any kind of wysiwyg editor but via html and php code.

    Is that right?
