After customer purchases ticket (via WooCommerce), they receive an email. Where is this template? Is it possible to edit it to include event finish time and to add a custom message?
Also, this sends from the site admin email but I’d like to send it from another email address? Is this possible?
Thank you for picking up Event Tickets Plus and welcome back to the premium plugin forums! Customizing the emails that get sent out once a user has RSVPd and/or purchased a ticket can be done by creating a template override.
