ParticipantAfter the event calendar update, we have follow problem:
Our woocommerce customer reach after order a “Book” additionally a blank e-mail “ticket” for an event.
Please help us to stop the “blank” e-mails. What can we do?

We are sorry to hear about the blank ticket email being generated for other WooCommerce products on your website.
I would love to help you with this topic.This has already been identified as a bug. We apologize for the inconvenience it might have caused.
The good news is that we will release an update for that issue shortly.The even better news is that you can apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://git.io/vVoj9

ParticipantThe snippet from github changed our system to not sending any mails to our costumers. that is of course not an option….

I just wanted to chime in and let you know that Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus 4.1.2 were just released and included a patch for this issue. Please update to the latest version when you have a chance and let us know if you continue to have any issues.
